Well, i got busy and completely forgot to post this...

Rose Maxine Vickers Green
 26 June 1915 ~ 1 November 2009
sisters
Lucile (1907-2007), Mackie, & Gerry (1920-2001)

Her kids said that she had been talking to her sisters a LOT the last few weeks... hehe. So it's kind of nice to know that they are back together again...  No funeral, per her request. Just a graveside thing... not sure when yet.

If you would say a prayer for my Great Aunt Mackie! They are fairly certain that she is going Home today...

She's at her house, with family around her. And she'll be with her siblings and parents, etc, again soon. So it's all good. But ya know? Still kinda bitter sweet.

Soooo... X is OKAY! Huzzah! PTL!  The burns did turn into "deep tissue 2nd degree" burns (which translates into possibly a little more scarring), but not 3rd degree. So no skin grafts or debridement, at least for now. Continued prayers for healing would be awesome! Thanks guys.

More prayers for Xavier, please! His burns are getting worse, not better, so Jim and Jenni are taking him back to the burn specialist 45 minutes away at 7 tomorrow morning. Pray that he does not need skin graft surgery or anything quite so traumatic! I'm not sure he or his mama could handle it!

Can i just say... I  Nathan Fillion!

If you're a fan of "Firefly" and you watched last night's episode of "Castle" you know what i'm talking about.
